I started multiplayer a few days ago but it doesn't seem to reflect on N7HQ. http://n7hq.masseffect.com/home/?name=BThree86&platform=pc The Galaxy at War percentages do show for some reason (alth...
following a chat with EA as well I can confirm that EA are looking into the issue reported by a number of people, there is no Time frame on repair (eg. is exceeded SLA, ) but is still being investigated, (a great N7 day bit of news - its broke and we don't know how to fix it, lol)
according to EA : Nitesh: Okay! i just checked with the team and i've just been told that a lot of players are currently facing this issue e may not have a specific turnaround time: However, I can assure you we’re doing everything we can to get this working at the earliest. Nitesh (11/7/2019, 2:40:12 PM): I have raised this in my notes.
@TheLastJedi44I've done that... several times now. And it's not doing a thing for me. I never changed my EA password to begin with. I created it only recently.
When I click on "re-sync your account" (on the Support page), I get taken to this. I'm logged in without an issue.
The topic has been marked as solved for some reason. Maybe it's because the thread was merged with another one. My original issue definitely still remains.
The Galaxy at War percentages aren't the issue. They actually show just fine. They show on the site just as they are in-game. For some reason that is the only thing that updates.
What doesn't show (and you can see that from your end) is all the other data.
I've played multiplayer for two weeks or so now, for a total of about twelve hours maybe. But the data just doesn't appear on my page. It's all zeros.
Multiplayer works. Galaxy at War is showing. The problem is that none of my stats are reflected on the website, so there's certain things I can't do (like choosing backgrounds etc).
Having played a certain amount of time (and having promoted a character/class before), I feel like my rating should definitely be something other than "0". When joining a game/in the lobby, it says I'm 47.
Also, why does my name not appear in the other leaderboards (global and country one)?
My multiplayer appears to be borked in some way and even the guys at EA don't seem to be able to help me out.
Did that. Then played a match online. As of now I'm not sure it had any effect on N7HQ.
One strange thing is that I got the "Explorer" achievement this time (Complete three multiplayer matches or five N7 missions). Which is of course way late because obviously I've played more than three multiplayer matches at this point.
Changed my EA/Origin password, logged out of everything, then in again.
Changed my ID, too.
No success though. New ID shows in-game as well as on the website, but in both places actual data is nonexistent.
I do get notifications after a match or after promoting a class that my N7 rating has gone up by 10 (for example), but the leaderboards don't reflect this.
I found some more guys who are having this same issue.
Yep, the problem is back again for me. I've probably only played like 4 online games on bronze and when I signed in again it's showing the same symptoms as before.
I hope this isn't going to be an ongoing issue down the line, ME3 is still good to die now.
I hope they fix the connection again soon; because I'm in the middle of a trilogy run and you have to get 100% galactic readiness for the good ending. I like to get that anyways.
The n7 hq is working galaxy map is working fine on that website and I’ve looked in the campaign of my copy of. mass effect 3 and it shows the readiness going up and down the only thing not working is the main menu and and the multiplayer and the campaign galaxy map showing system off-line unable to retrieve galaxy at war status but I can see that the galactic readiness is working it’s still going up and down
I'm trying to get the mass effect 3 platinum and am currently having issues with my profile, I've done all the steps of resetting and nothings happenings. I keep getting the same error message that it can't connect to the server. Is there normally a lot of issues with this?
On the main menu, the top monitor says "Load failed. Cannot connect to server" and the Galaxy at War screen below that is blank. Below that though it does say I'm connected to the EA server.
Also, in the N7HQ, nothing is showing up for me under "online assets," which is where I assume promoted units are supposed to appear. I've promoted many units so that should be populated with something. [Edit: My promoted units are now showing up. Not sure if something was fixed on EA's end or if it was a browser issue or something. In-game Galaxy at War, etc. is still unavailable though.]
I'm guessing something is broken or that the servers have been taken down.
Note however that if you have the Extended Cut DLC, the baseline 50% readiness is adequate to unlock all of the endings (3100 EMS unlocks all endings).
Same. I can't find any matches so I'm playing by myself lol. My playtime is coming through on my main profile, but none of my data is coming through on the galaxy at war map.
@Jediofstealth420When did you register/create your Origin account? For some reason this seems to be a factor here. A lot of people (everyone?) who created their Origin account sometime after late 2018 seems to have the issue of N7HQ not showing any data at all - except the Galaxy at War percentages, which ARE showing (maybe not currently with the servers down).
Is your N7 rating showing in the in-game leaderboards?
@Jediofstealth420 I don't think the Galaxy at War issue is interfering with finding matches. Make sure you have all of the free multiplayer DLC installed, as it will screw with your matchmaking if you don't.
