If you are a pc user, someone made a mod that turns Sam's warnings off, except for the important ones likes your getting ready to die type thing. Nexus mods.
SAM acts more like a VI than an AI in this regard, which tells me the developers who were in charge of creating the SAM feature of the game were basically lazy idiots. How could I think otherwise? They left him on "mindless warnings mode" and thought it was a good idea, and called it a finished product ready for play. Like many have asked here, do they even play their games before taking people's money?
Downloading that mod now, if it does half the things it says it does I'll be more than happy. Again it shows how lazy the devs of Andromeda were, as it takes an amateur modder to step up and fix things that the company really should have taken care of.
