New patch?

@EA_MakoIt does in a big way, so when they label it as "no fix" and "closed" they just pass it on above their area?

@draconiamWhile I am more content than many people to adopt an attitude of patience (that's almost a fault of mine, I'll admit), I wholeheartedly agree that a simple "we're working on it" on theBioWare or Mass Effect Twitter feeds would go a long way to calm the community

My understanding is that there has not yet been an announcement that a patch is the 'final' patch (which usually happens)

Non-completing achievements (eg Insanity III) is a pretty significant thing, I'd be surprised if it's left in the air.

Therefore I don't think patching is yet done, but as I said I don't have insider confirmation.

If you check SteamDB page you'll notice that the game is updated occasionally. That means patch is in the works I presume?

What you see now are nothing more than changes made to the steam store page. Has nothing to do with any patches for the game.

Leading people on when there is no patch coming is mean

Really wonder if the game isn't abandoned yet.

The last patch was on June 7.

I was waiting for patching of two games: ME:LE and Cyberpunk 2077.

The patch for CP2077 was released recently after a month of testing. Also there was a hacker attack on CD Project RED, the same COVID limitations on working from offices, etc, but the patch is here nevertheless.

I can't see why Bioware is completely silent, and, according to SteamDB, no patch is tested right now.

I can't get rid of the thought that the situation with LE is similar to Warcraft 3: Reforged, which is already abandoned.

@ELevinThey sold 4 million copies, they got great reviews, so they will do not care about the problems of “5 people” on a forum. That’s it. ☹️

Feels like they just dont care. They cant even have balls to say "There is no more support planned" 

At this point I just wish they’d say  something. This silence isn’t helping just be nice to know if this game is getting patched or not. 

@ELevinI really happy about this success, I wanted this to be a big success, for the sake of the franchise‘s future. But if they do not respect the hardcore fans, and the quality standards of the franchise… I just hope they will do more for LE, because they can, this is just matter of respect… for the hardcore fans, and also for themselves and their own prior works.

@draconiam  Everyone deserves a quality product, but not everyone cares about enough, otherwise these LE bugs would been already fixed (or we would already know about the comming fixes), because of the community's negative response.

 Ok, can we have a little reality check here? I just finished playing the LE on PC, all three games. And I can say that the vast majority of it is a smooth, seamless transition from the original games. Yes, there are some glitches and oddities in the LE. I think it's fair to expect another patch for LE to more fully iron out those issues. But on whole, those issues are nuisances, they're not game breaking. And those nuisances are few and far between. The closest thing to a game breaking issue was when achievements weren't working in ME2 on Xbox, since unlocking bonus powers was tied to getting achievements. That's probably why they released a hotfix for that issue specifically. And it appeared to only affect one platform, I never had issues with achievements playing on PC.

Is that "blind support" of the LE? No, it's just a levelheaded perspective based on my own experience with the LE. And I can't say for sure, but I'm willing to bet the vast majority of people have had a similar experience as me. Because if there's one thing we know, it's that players can roast a game over bugs and glitches of they're there (see Cyberpunk 2077).

If your experience with the LE was so bad that you're demanding another patch or you're never buying a Bioware game again...I don't know man. I didn't have the same experience was you.

So, again, there are a few bugs still, it would be nice for Bioware to fix them, and it's fair to ask Bioware for another patch to fix them. It's not fair to act like the game is some kind of broken mess in its current state and that it's grossly incompetent or negligent if BioWare never provides another patch.
