No add ons, on my Mass Effect 1.

In my library it has add ons listed under the games, which are usually the dlc,s or additional material from collectors editions, my Mass Effect 1 has no add ons and it should at least have 2, one being Pinnacle Station.

    I can shed some partial light on this but would have to dive deeper into each account.

    A while back the the games team updated ME1 to where you didn't need separate DLC downloads. They updated the [game] itself to include the DLC in the launcher and you no longer needed to download all the DLC files.

    You should see something like this where there are no longer those two DLC files to download in the EA app.

    Can't load any game -

    For this one, I would need more information from each player on what the specific issues are. 

    Can you not load the game itself?

    Can you not load save files?

    Are you not able to access the DLC?

    I apologize if I am missing anything. There seem to be a few things going on, so I wanted to clear up that part first and then get to each one of you on your issues!

    And now I am going to start a new game as it has been a while since I have saved the galaxy.

    Now from the start, ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app and its the latest version. Now i installed Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge, and then starting hit the game icon, loading bar appeared and just kept going back and forth, and wouldnt initialise the game, so i installed Command and Conquer 3 to see if it was just one game, repeated the same, loading bar just hung and game wouldnt initialise. i attempted this a few times same result, gave up and uninstalled. And thnak very very much for clearing up what happens to the DLC'S on Mass Effect 1, happy thats cleared up, much appreciated guys. Now i just have to have the ability to replay it again.

  • Finally got an error message, says it cannot find cloud data for the game on this machine, the only one this EA Apps been used on, it said click to authorise usage on this machine, clicked it and got a new error message, i guessed thats the problem in the first place Failed to launch game, an error on our end has failed to launch the game, try again later, another error box says this game requires administrative privileges, Do you want to grant access and launch game, which then defaults to the error is on our end, it gives an error code EC:10606.
