Non-unlockable codex entries

As far as I can tell, the two codex entries, "Space Combat: Trans-Relay Assaults" and "Weapons: Javelin", have no way of unlocking. According to the wiki (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Codex_Entry_Guide), you're supposed to get them when you talk to Vigil the VI, but according to all my friends and the corresponding talk page (http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Talk:Codex_Entry_Guide), no one has. Hopefully someone has found them and knows how to get them. Whether that's from someone at EA or a fellow player, I welcome it.

    Hi u2rocksbaby,

    Please keep in mind that not everything that one can find in the code of the game (e.g. by data mining), ends up in the final version of the game.
