normandy crash site doesn't load

Everytime i go to the planet, find the anomaly, press on land, then the load shows up and it always get stuck there, game has to be shut down. 

Anyway to fix this?

    Solved.

    I think the problem was that I didn't read Anderson's mail. Although i also used "Repair files" on Origin.
