Not Getting Ultra Rares After Unlocking all X Rank Rares?

I have unlocked every rare item and class in game, and raised all of their levels to X. When purchasing premium packs for the remaining Ultra Rares, I am now getting only consumables usually for all ...

Me too. I send email for this problem.

If it's not the bug,  premium pack is only for low chance of ultra rare item and Booster, supply?

That's terrible
