Where did you buy the DLC?

If you buy it at the Origin or Bioware web sides, go here, login with the same credentials you used to buy the DLC > Then go to "My Games" > "Register Game" and register you ME2 copy.

After that you can download the DLC under "My Games" > "Your registered Game content"

  • @Mazort55 If you purchased the DLC via Origin you shouldn't need a code or anything, you can find and install your DLC by going to the game details page (right click the game in Origin, select 'view game details'. This is true of all Origin games.

If your DLC isn't showing in your game details as owned, be aware it can take up to 72 hours for a purchase to process (though it is very rare), if you're still waiting after that amount of time, you'll need to contact support, which you can do here.

When contacting EA, be sure to choose your country on the contact page using the menu in the upper left corner. If your country is not an option, we usually suggest choosing the UK.
If you choose the live chat option, please be aware the estimated wait time is unreliable until it gets under 4 minutes. If you're left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, try a different browser or try clearing your browser cache. Some browser extentions may also be causing an issue with the chat client. Be aware the the live chat and phone options are only available during certain hours. If you're contacting a different country, make sure to account for time differences.

Also, you should receive an email confirming your purchase, check your spam/junk folder. If you have multiple email accounts, make sure you're checking the correct one. If you don't receive your email after 72 hours, again, please contact EA.

Let us know how you go 🙂

  • thank you very much, i checked the spam/junk folder and it was empty, well my Mass Effect 2 is on Steam so no help for the dlcs, but thank you i will contact the EA about the problem
