Oh boy, we're either in for a treat or a swift kick!

The page we've been told to keep an eye on for our issue the last day or two has gone down!!  Either it's fixed (lolnope) or someone REALLY borked it up and they gave up.

  • I'm currently in live chat support. Maybe I'll get an answer. 😕mileyvery-happy:

JonDennis was very kind and even tried a workaround for me. :manvery-happy:

Okay, so I mentioned the dead link, no word on that but the support tech did confirm the issue has been going on for a few days and then quickly said he would replace my digital copy as a workaround though he couldn't say it would work 100% (though mention that this has happened to Mass Effect 1 before). That didn't work, whcih to me definitely spells out server problems (a new key being given adn then activated by officials should have worked if the servers or whatnot were fine). He said to keep an eye on the Answer HQ for any new updates.

  • Had the same workaround done for me too, oddly enough; It worked on the first launch and now it asks for the product key again, stating it's invalid -__-
