Similar issue on the Xbox One can find the armor as loot but can't craft it or get it as legs starting at 6 and arms starting at 9...

Wow this is getting confusing I just watched some you tube videos and you can't even craft deadeye armor ao no augments. This blows such a great game with so many bugs/annoyances. So I stopped my soldier due to not being able to craft any maverick skirmisher armor higher than level IV. I am just getting to the point of crafting for my sniper to be screwed yet again. Time to play something else.
