[Old Report] Mass Effect 3 Hangs/crashes on load screen PS3

Just to list what I've tried:  Re-loading saved games, restarting the mission, restarting the career, pressing the PS button during the load screens, deleted old saves, and uninstalled and re-installed all of the game data and DLC's from the Game Data Utility menu.

The game still crashes (either freezes at the load screen or goes to a black screen) at the same spot (which is the elevetor to the hospital or the Embassy as soon as you reach the Citadel for the first time after the Mars mission.).
