4 years agoSorry you'd been told that @junmaiowo, this is currently still something support will need to assist with if you've lost online access for Andromeda.
I would definitely suggest reaching back out to support so another advisor can assist, or if you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

@EA_Mako I wrote to multiple supports and they kept saying the same, it also seemed like they didn't even read the message/problem. Now I managed to talk to a live chat support, but he tried to guide me through driver install and windows network troubleshooting, in the end he said he's making a bug report, and left afterwards, I haven't seen this bug report, nor have I gotten a link to it to see it's status. So I'm quite confused right now
