[Old Report] Mass Effect Andromeda Missing Online Access

I have Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe on Steam and it won't let me connect to the internet. Just keeps saying, "Missing Online Access".

I have read the forums that it was an issue and as of 07/03/2022, it is still an issue. Don't know if anyone has found a fix that doesn't require customer service as they are a pain to work with. I'm not the first person with this issue and this is still a problem.
