@SquallPT Did you purchase the game itself? Is the EA Play sub still active on the account or did it expire and the game was purchased after the sub expired?
Hi,
I purchased the game myself but I'm not 100% sure since it was a very long time ago. One of the Live Agents asked me those questions as well and he did appear to take a long time as he told me he was trying to get it fixed with some other team but it didn't work. Regarding the EA Play it's not active anymore and I don't remember ever subscribing to it. Maybe it was some kind of promotional stuff I got.
Is there anyway to fix it other than going through live chat? I've tried so many times and no one seems to get it fixed.

Finally got an live agent that knew what the problem was and fixed it in like 5min. Thanks everyone for the help.
