Community Manager@VenturaCNI you need to reach out to a chat advisor. They will be able to get that resolved for you.
You are right, it is always important to open a case and speak directly with an advisor. They are always very attentive and friendly. I hope I don't have this incident again but anyway.
ONE OF THEM WAS ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE ADVICE. 🙂
