Most likely you just need to completely whitelist ME:A and the Saves folder for ME:A in your anti-virus. Usually there are two lists, one for scanning and the other for total ignore....you want the total ignore lists.
Nothing really jumped out in your DxDiag, as you have ConanExiles issues with StackHash and some other issues with other programs listed at the end.

i completely turned off my anti virus, (and firewall to be sure) and restarted my computer, tried to launch and got the same issue ☹️
i'm confident something is broken, as i've had other problems in the past with certain EA titles as well, (Dragon Age 2, and Crysis 3, and ME:A all have the same problem for me). then there are other EA games that work just fine such as ME:LE or any Battlefield game. it's very puzzling and aggravating for sure, it's like my computer picks and chooses what it wants to play lol- holger14055 years agoHero+

Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
Make also sure that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.

Most Anti-Virus automatically launch and come back online if you restart your computer. So if you turned off the Anti-Virus and then restarted your PC, then likely it was fully functional again when you tried to play. So you either have to disable it and try, whitelist it and try or in some cases people have said they had to uninstall it to get the game to work(which I think they just didn't know how to properly whitelist the game, saves and sometimes Origin as well).
As @holger1405 posted, a strict clean boot can help figure out the issue, as there are several programs that can cause this issue, and Anti-Virus is simply the most common.

i have gone through and completely white listed every program and file related to origin, EA desktop, ME:A, literally anything i could find, and nothing has helped in the slightest.
like i stated previously, i am at a complete loss, i have done everything i can think of and cannot find what is preventing certain EA games from launching. and EA support team can't either ☹️ very upsetting.

I have the same problem. The stupid EA app says: Launching game...but nothing starts. I have played the game just fine last night, and today when I come back home I wanted to play. Nothing. I tried reinstalled the game...nothing. What the hell is going on? I have 376 hours put into the game.
I know it is not my computer since last night it was working perfectly fine. Any ideas?

How come the Mass Effect Legendary Edition works perfectly fine but Andromeda is not? I have reinstall the game and nothing. The EA app stays in Launching game .... and nothing happens?
