It has been two months now. Is there going to be an answer to solve this nicely explained issue?
Graphics card is low spec for the game. What worries me is the red cross against your action center flag on the taskbar, shows you have current unresolved issues. Its been 2 months and the OP hasnt bumped the post or commented further. Could well be resolved.
