One or more of your purchases failed to process

I bought 1600 BWP on Origin, I have received no conformation email, but Origin says the purchase has been completed, I also had 880 BWp left over from a previous purchase nut can't use it in the ME3 store due to this error.

Also Origin still lets me use the 880 origianl points I had, but not he new ones, that I've supposedly recieved.

Help??
