Operation Loadstar (insane) complete, but the Medal for insane remains grey

Hi,

I have finished the Operation Lodestar (insane) since 06.03, but the medal in my Account on Bioware Social Network for insane is also gray (The Medal for normal is correct!). In the Game is Operation Lodestar (insane) complete 4/4 and i have become the pack!

What is wrong? Is it a technical issue with the forum?!
