Hello,
Password restrictions may have changed since you created your Origin account and since you are using a new console, it may need to be updated. Please refer to the following link under the section, "how can I make my account more secure":
"Your password must be 8-16 characters, and include: at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and a number."
If you log into the origin website and change your password to fit the above criteria, you should be able to log in properly on Mass Effect 3: Special Edition on Wii U.

Thanks for response. I updated my email to match my nintendo id and i updated password to correct parameters It is now saying that i am entering an invalid user name and will still not let me log into origin on ME3. I have checked the login multiple times on the origin website and checked to make sure that the email i am entering and the email and password on my origin are the same and they are but still not letting me lo into ME3. Any ideas?

Hi pureagony808,
We'll first need to confirm that this issue is not a hardware/networking issue. To do so, could you please try the following steps:
1. Make a new Nintendo ID.
2. Start Mass Effect 3: Special Edition with the new Nintendo ID.
3. Create a completely new Origin account in-game.
4. Confirm that you are able to log into origin servers on that new account.
If you are able to log into a newly created account, we can then troubleshoot your origin account.
Thanks,

I've got a question about the Origin Account: Let's say that I've been playing ME3 in Xbox but I want to play the ME3 Wii U version without losing my progress in the multiplayer (I mean, all that appears in the N7 HQ is imported to my gameplay in Wii U). Is that possible?
Beforehand I must say that I know the single player campaing cannot be imported, but it's not so a big deal for me actually.

Hi mangapowerzero,
Any Multiplayer items you have on any of the other platforms do not carry over to Mass Effect 3: Special Edition on the Wii U.
Thanks,
BioWare QA.
