origin client and the purchasing of bioware points

So yesterdat I tried to purchase the Omega DLC on my pc. It gave me an error message after I tried to run my debit card saying that the purchase had been canceled for some reason that franly doesn't make me feel any better what so ever. EA in its infinite wisdom still took out the money from my account. Now it was just a security withdrawl and is still in my pending transactions which I'll get back in three to five days. Which I might add is an un acceptably long time!!!! Now I told myself "EA is a reasonable company they wouldn't possibly let this happen again after I spent two hours on the phone with them the previous day trying to solve this problem". Which I might add they basically in nicer words told me to suck it up and that it's not thier problem. So I went ahead and tried to buy the DLC again. I told myself that I'd get the money back I orginally spent in three or so days so what's the harm.

Well the harm is that EA has neglected to even spend one second of thier time to fix this problem. So now I have two outstanding purchaces that I have to wait to get back. Now could someone please tell me why I should wait till next week to play this DLC. How is it my fault that EA has made a very large Mistake? Why should I have to suffer this in convenience?

Let it be known that I am absolutely livid. This is an un acceptable business practice. Your customer service reps treat me like I'm stupid and shrug me off as though my problem doesn't matter. Then there isn't a single step taken to either compensate me for my inconvenience or evern to fix the problem that I so patiently waited on hold for an hour two make you aware of.

Since I didn't get a legitimate answer I decided to post again, and I'm going to post again, and I'm gonna go ahead and keep re posting every day until Bioware gets the point.

I would post this on the forums, and you may consider reaching out to sites like the Consumerist. I guarantee you once enough eyeballs see your issue someone will do something.
