Origin In Game Overlay not working with Mass Effect 3

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Origin client; I've tried swapping from windowed to fullscreen mode; I've tried clearing Origin's cache; I've ensured I'm not running any other overlay pr...

I restarted my origin with admin and it worked.
