Origin

I changed my origin profile name from RSAScouser38 to CallumLloyd38. After logging out for the night I tried to log back in. After this failed I selected the "can't access your account option' and reset my password. After logging back in Origin appeared to think that I was a new user, instructing me to choose a new avatar and such. After completing this I looked at my games window only to find that the only game found there was The Sims 3. I tried to reregister the game but was told it had already been used. Please Please Please help...
