origin

Recently began having an issue where both the launcher and the game are having conflicting input issues between the controller and mouse/keyboard. As in its using both. For example I can aim, shoot, move, ect using the controller but it shows the keyboard shortcuts at the top left corner. It also doesn't allow me to open the in-game menu with the controller either, I have to use the esc button on the keyboard to open the menu, in addition, when I go to change change the button mapping inputs, it no longer shows my controller but instead the mouse/keyboard.

Has anyone else had an issue like this? I am playing through Origin, NOT steam. I was able to play through the games just fine this past week and this is only a recent issue.
