Origins doesn't download Dr. Pepper promotion DLC

Anyone have any idea why? Just started my new Shepherd in Mass Effect 2, and when I installed ME2 I noticed it auto-downloaded and installed all the DLC... except for the Sentry Interface, Umbra Viso...

same here, downloadin manually but  when i launch the game it continue shows me that i need to activate this DLC at my account. If this promotional is over about 5 years ago, and PS3 players have all this items in DLC pack called Recon Operation Pack DLC http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Recon_Operations_​Pack why PC players still don't have any DLC with that items?
