Just to be sure, where are you checking for this in-game?
If you had previously unlocked this when the promotion was active, the helmet should be in your personal quarters on the Tempest.
Once you're at the Pathfinder's quarters just under the bridge on the Tempest, you should see Special Orders to the right of the entrance.
Note this appears to be called the Andromeda Elite Helmet, so if you're only looking for a "Pathfinder Helmet" that may be missed.
@EA_MakoIt is not appearing at all. This is the same person just put the first post on an old account I no longer use.
