Pausing during dialog or cutscenes?

Not sure if they added this later because I just started, but now you CAN pause. turning off/taking out the batteries in your controller will pause the cutscenes at the end of the line they're currently on. Hope this helps someone!!

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with Mass Effect Legendary Edition.Currently, you are able to pause the entire game during a cutscene. You should also be able to skip cutscenes.
We don't have any information if this will change but we love to see feedback on how we can consider improving the game you love.I command Shepard and this is my favorite thread on the forums!

I always have to leave the game and start over, it's annoying
