[PC] Cannot install or even view any of the ME3 DLCs

Question

Friend recently bought me ME3 (2012) so we could play the multiplayer together. We were under the impression that either I could download the multiplayer DLCs separately or they would come with the game... but they aren't in the EA app store at all. We know they exist, friend can see them in the add-on menu, but on my end ME3 may as well not have any DLC outside the extended cut. Is there a fix for this?

Apologies if this a repost, a search said the last time this question was asked was 6 years ago but I doubt it was comprehensive.

What do you see under Manage &gt; Manage add-ons? (please provide a screenshot)

Please clear your temp files:

Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
Into the new window, type or copy &amp; paste:&nbsp; "%temp%" &nbsp; (Without the quotes.) &gt; hit "ENTER"
Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\&gt;your user name&lt;\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. &gt; Delete all files and folders in it.(If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

Then in EA app &gt; Click on the 3 lines in the top left corner &gt; Help &gt; App recovery &gt; Clear cache &gt; Restart the PC &gt; Test.
