- Restart your router in this way: Pull the power plug > wait 5 minutes > return the power plug > Test.
If that don't helps:
- Try to run EA app as Administrator. > Right click the EA app desktop shortcut > Run as Administrator.

Cheers! this happens to me quite often, i normally fix it by cancelling the download, closing the EA App completely, going to my ME3 folder and seeing if the folder for the DLC is already there (DLC_HEN_PR), delete that folder, https://xender.vip/ reinstall the From Ashes DLC.
