[PC] Cloud saves not showing up.

Tried to start up ME- Andromeda today after quite a while and EA is acting like it has some of my old info because it shows achievements and time played (31 hrs -pic attached) but when I go to Load Game in-game its got nothing. Is there a way to retrieve cloud saves because I know for a fact I saved to cloud about a year ago. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
