Now you can command both your squamates, that is a huge advancement in my book.
And you can pause whenever you want, so you can chose the point were to send the squamates inside the tactical pause, release the pause, send the squamates with Q or E and pause again.
That is done in a split second.
Bioware streamlined the appearance of the games, that is why ME1 became the new HUD,
They struck off the Squad menu in the tactical pause and added the command option for both squamates with a key command as in ME2 and 3.
So this is working as intended and I doubt they will change it.
Yeah this isn't working for me. Although i realised I misunderstood the thread so I'll likely start a new one. But basiclly on keyboard and mouse when I pause to use the commands I get nothing. Q E Z C do nothing, no little marker or sound of confirmation. Now as I said in my earlier post. on a controller this works A-Okay but for some reason when I do it on my keyboard nothing unless I'm using the squad commands in real time.
To reiteriate, the squad commands are doing nothing when I'm in tactical pause when I'm using keyboard and mouse.
No, you're right, they don't work in pause.
But you can, inside the pause, point your crosshair at the point were you want to send the squadmates.
Than you can release the pause and, in the same moment, press Q or E to gave the command, and pause again.
As said, that is done in a split second.
