raspberrysenpie​ Can you go ahead and do a repair on the game? And then clear the EA App cache  and then log back in and let me know if you get the same error.

EA_Shepard​ I have repaired the game and cleared my App Cache and I am still getting the same error. 

raspberrysenpie​ Thanks. Close the game down for me. Close the EA app as well. 

Right-click on your taskbar and go into the task manager. Under processes, check to see if the EABackgroundServices is there—if it is, end the task. Perform the following, and try again. This should update the game on your end.

Then, delete the following files.

• Make sure the EA app is closed.
• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
• Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER.
• Enable View Hidden Files and Folders
• Delete all files in the "License" folder.

Please clear your temp files:

• Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
• Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER".
• Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
• (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

EA_Shepard​ Hello, thanks for your patience. I have performed the following steps and the issue still persists. 

raspberrysenpie​ do me a favor and uninstall the game, and perform those steps again. I am going to comb the account and if any changes get made, you will need to reinstall it.

Also, do you have the EA app and the game both on the same drive?

EA_Shepard​ I have uninstalled, restarted, performed the following steps of App cache clear, License clearing, and Temp file clearing, I have then reinstalled the game on my C: Drive, in the same drive as EA app. Issue still persists. 

I have also noticed that when I clicked Downloadable content by accident, a popup stating that it was undergoing maintenance appeared in the bottom right, which has persisted since I tried a few weeks ago. 

raspberrysenpie​ When you log into the game itself, you should see this: no errors or messages. Also, make sure it says connected to EA servers on the bottom.

But I made a change that should help, so when you log into the EA app, run a repair on the game for me so the change gets updated.
