PC crashed and ME2 save files are gone?

Ok the subject title is a little dishonest. My save files are still in my Documents, but I suddenly can't access them from the game anymore. Or so I think.

So I was in the middle of playing ME2 and my pc suddenly shut off (I assume it overheated). So when I got the computer back on I immediately started ME2 up again but on the menu screen there is no longer a "Resume" option, all I can do is start a new career or load a save file. Under "Load" there are two files of the same name, "Elizabeth Shepard".

I checked under Documents>Bioware>Mass Effect 2>Save and there are three folders, "Elizabeth_12_Infiltrator_210315", "Elizabeth_12_Infiltrator_210315_0", and "ME1". Under the first folder, "Elizabeth_12_Infiltrator_210315", it just looks like this, so I'm assuming that's just the information I loaded from ME1. The second folder, "Elizabeth_12_Infiltrator_210315_0", has what seems to be all my save files from my current ME2 playthrough.

So I'm going to assume that the second "Elizabeth Shepard" file under the Load screen is the same as "Elizabeth_12_Infiltrator_210315_0", and by choosing to load it in-game it will revive all my save history and I can continue where I left off. I haven't tested it out yet because I'm afraid something might go wrong and figured I'd ask around first. Sorry if this seems really obvious, I just want to be 100% certain that this will work before I do something so as not to risk screwing up my game further and accidentally wiping all my game history or something.

So should I go ahead and load it, or is there something else I can/should do? Thanks.
