- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library

I'm also getting the "Missing Online Access" error. I also tried all the steps with the EA app cache. The only thing the app won't let me do is repair because it doesn't give me the option to for some odd reason. I even deleted all the files in the license folder and the temp folder and still can't connect.

@Slyy_Token I'm not seeing Andromeda on here. I see Mass Effect 3 but I see no EA Play subscription, nor do I see anything wrong with the game.
I am also not seeing that this account owner Mass Effect Andromeda nor has ever tried to access it.
At this point, you would need to reach back out to support and have them locate which game the account is linked to. From a CM standpoint, there are no troubleshooting steps that will resolve this one for you.

Which platform are you on?
When and where was the game purchased?

Same problem. I used to play this game on EA play subscription a while back, but now I have the Steam version of the game and I can't play online.

@arzardk Can you go ahead and repair the game with the following steps depending on which platform you are using?
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
Then log back into the game and let me know if it works for you!

Sorry to dog pile on this but, I am having the same issue. I own MAE on steam and played it for a while with Microsoft's streaming service. I'm not sure if that is the issue but I have tried the steps you provided save repair because I am missing it in the library as an option.

@Marmodo Streaming it has nothing to do with the issue. If you own it on PC, its an entitlement issue. Streaming it from Xbox would be an entirely different issue.
Are you Streaming it from Xbox Game Pass on PC? Did you have EA Play at any point on the EA Account? - 2 months ago

Are you playing through the EA app or Steam or through Game Pass on PC?

I originally had the gamepass version when I got a trial to gamepass, but bought my current copy directly from EA. I'm getting the online access error, yes

@truee_phenom Okay, so let's close the game down if it is running. Make sure it isn't running in the Task Manager.
If you play in Steam, verify the game files.If you have it installed through the EA app, repair the game.
After that, launch it again. Let me know if you get the same error. - 31 days ago
It's still persisting. I think it's because I originally got it with a game pass trial and now I have it from ea directly. After the trial ended I wanted to own it.

@truee_phenom so i made a change on my end. If you still get it, reinstall the game. It is reading the wrong registry entry right now. So a reinstall will delete all that and update the changes I made.
