@Arilena If you had a Steam and EA app installed, the file locations and registry entries are different. It isn't that it is a hassle, its the file location when launched registers the incorrect path which is why we ask players to repair first and then reinstall. This creates a new registry entry for the updated file path and entitlements on the account.
Repairing did nothing for me, but that's fine. Andromeda is really not worth this much effort 😂 I'll stick to ME3 multiplayer which has way more people playing anyway.

@Arilena No worries. Its been fixed on the account. The above steps should work.
Try to repair the game.
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
@EA_Shepard So, I refunded the game on Steam but now the EA version is not connecting again 😞 Same error as before.

Hi @Magnisus, EA Play is the culprit. It is an entitlement issue that I reported a while back that causes issues when the subscription goes inactive. The only other reason would be if the game was disabled or deleted from the account and then added back from a purchase or a code for the game.
@EA_Shepard It's working! May I know what was the issue? I suspect it was some sort of a security tag as I changed 3 computers in the last 12 months.
@EA_Shepard Superb! Let me do that and I will let you know.

Hi @magniallmighty, should be good. I would run a repair or clear cache and log back in and test it!
@EA_ShepardThank you!
Btw, you will see double reply. That is another issue that someone from support messed up and I cannot use my Google account to sign in. Instead, it created another account.
