Still no luck, This makes no sense, could it be because the product key that i redeemed is somehow for a different ersion of Mass Effect 2 than what is onthe disks?

As long as the key is on your account it doesn't matter the disc you use if it is the same version of the game.
Can you screenshot the version of MA2 that is in your origin library and tell me what the discs say on them?

This is rather embaressing, but I can't figure out how to attach a picture, if you could explain how, I could send you a picture of both ME2 discs as well as the screenshot
