    Hi there,

Mysteriously this got solved. Probably a server connection error.

    Thanks for the help here.

  • This is user-to-user support no one can magically "resolve" your problem here. Have you tried a repair install or deleting the physical file from the DLC folder in the Mass Effect 3 directory where it is installed?

    Hi 1ago,

Thanks for giving information. May I know the link for the customer support for EA since this is a user-to-user support?

Also I tried doing the repair install already. For the physical file... May I know the "generic" path file for it?

    Regards,

    Avanade

The generic path should be something like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC\DLC_EXP_Pack003 (and _Base). Official support can be reached via the Help Center link at the top of the page: https://help.ea.com/

    Hi 1ago,

    Thanks for the generic path.

I cannot find the "DLC_EXP_Pack003"... I believe the servers for downloading the DLC may be down. This is very odd ☹️ Also when contacting at https://help.ea.com/, its either I post a message wherein I go here OR  I wait for a chat (50 mins in queue).

    Regards,

    Avanade

If the path isn't even there, then Origin didn't create the folders. It seems it didn't even prepare the download, my only other suggestion would be to completely delete Origin and install again. You should also be able to email them via the help center. You can wait for live chat or try their twitter support tomorrow during their work hours, which is really fast: https://twitter.com/AskEASupport

    Hi 1ago,

Yeah Origins hasn't downloaded yet. I had a chat with the support team and said I need to escalate it by calling their toll-free hotline. I'll give them a call on Monday since they don't have work at the moment (Sunday).

    Regards,

    Avanade
