[PC] Mass Effect 3 Lost Product KEY?

Summarize your bug I tried to run ME3 from EA launcher, but it sad I don't have the game! I bought the game in Origin about 4-5 years ago, played around 30-60 hours with it... Now I dont now what changed.... When I click "enter product key" come another error window, what sad I am offline (I am not, not in the EA app, not in the PC). Please FIX it ASAP! Thank You!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know, check the logs maybe.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't lunch the game (always the same sympthoms)
What do you expect to see? Run the game

What do you expect to see? run the game
- Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
- Move the "License" folder to your desktop.
- Test.
