[PC] Mass Effect 3 Lost Progress

I just reinstalled the game. My progress has been deleted from the pc, while the saves files from Mass Effect 2, for example, are normal. When I tried to launch the game i got EC:10607. Data in the cloud is damaged or something this way. Can I restore my progress in some way?
