[pc] mass effect andromeda freezing after kill any enemy for 15~20 sec

I am sorry, but your PC is most likely part of the problem.

The minimum system requirements of Mass Effect Andromeda list a NVIDIA GTX 660, that card is considerably faster than the NVIDIA GeForce 940MX in your system.
A system that has a component that is beneath the minimum system requirements will see some problems regarding performance.

The only thing I can suggest is that you kill all background processes on your system before playing to free up as much RAM as possible, and lower the in-game graphics settings if you have not already done so.
Edit: Repairing the game and updating drivers might help too.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
