Hi @VenturaCNI , this is a known problem, tons of MEA players are going through it, unfortunately. The good thing is that this is not on your end. The bad thing is that we do not know what exactly causes the issue, but we suspect that this specific issue is known to be associated with game version changes on a user account, done via EA Play subscription running off, or EA recent update merge, unifying Standard and Deluxe edition into a single game version. The usual solution is for EA Advisor re-granting you the access (or even removing and readding the game to your account in some cases, but I do not know how this affects your MP progress), which they can easily do if you Start a New Case and engage in a live chat, it is an easy 1min fix for them. Just note that not all EA Advisors are familiar with this issue, and will usually instruct you to clear cache, restart PC, and many other user-end activities, but we do know that there is nothing you can do as a player to fix this, it has to be done by an EA official, because the error is on their end. If an EA Advisor is unfamiliar with the issue even after you explain it, keep resuming the case until you run into an EA Advisor that does. I hope this helps. You were right, only some Advisors can solve this problem but it is really necessary to start a new case and be with them in an online chat, the help this way is very fast. Only in this way could it be possible to solve problems; really thank you very much.
It's a shame that this error happens but I hope everyone who has it can resolve it soon.- 2 years ago@VenturaCNI Update: Talking with one of the agents, at least for my problem, this is because I have the Deluxe version purchased from Steam; part of the solution is to replace it with a standard version; But if your case is not similar to mine, then I suggest that you talk to an advisor and tell them about the problem in detail.

I was told by an EA Chat rep to make a post here about my issue. I'm trying to get my online access restored to Mass Effect Andromeda because when I went to play it today it said "Missing Online Access: You are not allowed to access the online features of this game. See https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play/ for additional information." and it's proved absolutely useless and of no help. This isn't even the first time I had this issue, the last time this happened it was when EA was making the switch from Origin to the new EA App. I'd really like some actual help getting this resolved so I can finally get back to playing my game.
