@EA_Shepard Currently still in the chat and I even mentioned how you had left a note to help out with the issue but it seems like they didn't get it cause I've been in the chat for an hour and my issue still has yet to be resolved.

hi again i am still having troubles with my Mass Effect Andromeda saying Missing on line Acess. i did talk to EA but no help.
here is a photo on mine and i did everything i even removed the game and put it back on still same troube

@curtrsim When you spoke with support, do you know what they changed? Did they have you perform any steps on your end?

none that i know of they said they fix it, and i am still having troubles i did everything but i didnt do the
Run a clean boot on your PC and i am not 100% comfortable on doin that.

@curtrsim So the issue itself is not your end. The issue is the account itself. Support has to make some changes on your end in order to get it resolved. As we don't make changes here, they have to. For your account, let's message chat again, and have them look at your account. They should see the notes on the account in relation to this specific game and get it resolved for you.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use.
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option

Thank you for your answer EA Shepard! I got a chat yesterday in French with "Monalisha". She told me to wait after a patch for MEA despite I told her the problem was from EA since it changed my standard game version for MEA Deluxe version. So, my problem remains. I showed her the link of this page in vain. What can I do now since other players got it solved?

@Laurent_7081 This error is something they have to fix on their end. There isn't a patch for it. The issue itself is one that takes less than 5 minutes to fix. What you would need to do is contact chat again and plainly tell them I need the online access fixed for this title.
If they do not resolve it, link them here again and show them were I said that this is resolved from support not the forums. Any contact who gets directed here I have to look at because no one should redirect you back here.

Hello EA_Shepard. Thank you for your help ! I tried again without success. The french support just don't read properly this forum. They give links from it, but it seems they do not realise players cannot solve it by a patch or by themselves. I don't know what to do. It's like to chat with some chatbot programmed to repeat in loop same wrong solutions.

@Laurent_7081 Send me a DM with the case number and the email linked to the EA account. I cannot fix it but I can notate the account on how to fix it. This is something I have to send over to have reviewed if support is not resolving these with players.

I couldn't join any help chat today. I could yesterday and once before. Here there are the steps I did today :
1- I went back to my cases. Then, I clicked on my open case.
2- I could read the chat I got yesterday. Nothing was added. But, it's written "RESUME CASE". Then, I clicked on RESUME CASE...
3- And there it's written "BACK TO MY CASES" !?I could only repeat these 3 steps! It seems that something is missing to allow me to really resume my case. I couldn't start a new case either. I think there's none real will from the technical support for fixing the bug caused a few monthes ago when EA Platform replaced Origin. I played this game since 2017. About 4400 hours today on the multiplayer (coop) mode of the game. 4000 hours without this problem (apart the well know soundbug). All my 70 contacts in Origin/EA Platform were made by Mass Effect Andromeda. I cannot make them join me. I cannot join almost of them, and only by random when it happens. I cannot join almost lobbyes, so I often play alone the coop mode.

Try going to Help.ea.com and make sure you manually log out of your account. Then try these. You don't need to resume a case already opened or create a new one. You can provide them with the case number when the chat pops up. They will take it from there.
- Select the Games tab
- Select EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in

Hello EA_Shepard !
Thank you again for helping me. I followed the steps you wrote in your previous message, then I got my third chat with an advisor. He told me to clear EA Platform's cache. After two days of testing, I see an improvement, but I still cannot participate in multiplayer with who I want anytime or be joined by anyone. It's still random, it just succeeds more. The second advisor had told me to click on the game license before playing. It hadn't done much. It seems advisors don't know to fix that by themselves despite your note.
