PC No Longer Sync'ing Cloud Save

Hi there, thanks for explaining everything you've already tried.

Since the saves work correctly when you manually copy them back, let's first check whether the PC is still creating and updating the local save files correctly.

After making a new manual save in-game, please check:

Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save

Then open the relevant ME1, ME2, or ME3 folder and check whether the save file has a timestamp matching the save you just created.

If the file isn't being created or updated there, please check whether your Documents folder is being redirected through OneDrive, and make sure Windows Controlled Folder Access isn't preventing the game from writing to that location.

If the new save does appear there correctly, let us know. That would confirm the local saving side is working and help us narrow this down specifically to the cloud synchronization between devices.

For now, please keep your existing save backups and avoid deleting any save files while we troubleshoot this.
