[PC] Mass Effect DVD Key is Invalid

    Hey, @Ghrark Once those keys are used, they cannot be used again. A few years ago, all keys were converted to digital downloads on the EA account is was logged into with. If you are using or logging into a different EA account, you would need to log in with the original one. 

    The box set and any physical copies are now obsolete as everything is now digital. If you don't know what that account it is linked to, you can reach out to support and they can try to locate the account that key is linked to.
