[PC] ME3 Rebellion and From Ashes Download Error

I am having exactly the same problem but with the EA launcher its just stuck on preparing. it been overnight trying to install it all the other dlc installed fine just not the from ashes

As you can see form the lower left of the image it still says preparing and from the upper right it seems to think its installing. its been like this for hours

    @EA_Shepard after a bit more digging I have kind of managed to get it working I restored the files from an old windows backup the game now plays the dlc but the launcher does not say that is there. I will settle for this as working in a way for now.

    yup still 60gb free tried clearing the cache in the ea app and checked the HDD still getting 40mb/s internet tried pinging the servers too that works fine also tried checking the dlc in-game but it says apparently they are updating something in-game but its been like that for god knows how long still though cant seem to figure it out?

    @8738a96df16af5c6 Hey that is good. So a couple of years ago they updated the version of the game that players have so some may see the DLC and some may not see it like yourself. As long as you are able to play it that is what matters.
