Getting the same issue here too. Would appreciate if the devs or someone from the team let us know someone is working on this. People have spent good money on this game to be able to use it properly and it leaves a sour taste in peoples mouth's during N7 day.
1. Uninstall Origin
2. Locate and delete the "Origin" folder found in C:>ProgramData
3. Launch the EA app in Windows.
4. Click on ME3 > Manage add-ons
5. Download the DLC's
6. Enjoy!
