[PC] MEA Online Access Error When Launching Game

Its been a while since I've played MEA. After installing the game I got a prompt stating I could not connect to online play. Is there a way to fix this? The link I received from the prompt is useless...

    If you had a expired EA play subscription the problem are settings in your account that can only be changed by EA support.

    (Reverence)

    Contact live support and tell them you need the Mass Effect Andromeda Online Access error fixed on your account.

I would assume the EA Play version but it also doesn't give me an option to purchase either? If I have bought it in the past then there is an issue because I assume even with a bought game that the game should automatically connect to server

@Kaoin2018 So yes and no. An expired sub has caused issues with the game which is why I asked. I wanted to make sure first before I make notes on the account on what to do. 

A good way to tell is the game should say owned and another that you don't own will not. If you have an active sub, they may all say EA Play but one should say owned.

    Deluxe edition owned it says on EA Play
