PC: Possible fix for VSYNC stutter (AMD)

There's a stutter I've been seeing in ME1 with vsync on in certain parts of the game. It's pretty noticeable on the Normandy at the beginning, if pan your camera in a 180 while standing in the corrid...

    Reposting so a solution can be marked: 

    "if you are running an AMD card, try turning off the Radeon Anti-Lag setting in the graphic driver settings for the game. That seems to clear up almost all of the stutter with vsync on for me."
