Well i tried everything above and it didn´t work for me still stuck in menu where can i chose wich game i will start .

Maybe, but I wish they wouldn't bother wasting so much of my time on something that doesn't even start. It's not like they don't know exactly my setup and its not like I'm not currently running all of the original edition games -- should be simple -- just upgrade the
graphics files. I have played other games where graphics files were updated -- and one just needed to D/L the graphics files and copy them into the game dir. Was easy!... *sigh*
The game is currently not running on Windows 7. You said it yourself, the minimum system requirements list Windows 10.
I don't know if they will make it compatible to Win 7 or 8.1 but in case of Windows 7 I very much doubt it.
Windows 7 is out of support and quite frankly a dying Operating System.

I'm fully connected to the Internet, logged into Steam and Origin. I just updated the game with the June Update, and I get the same error message.

I have the steam version of MELE and each time I launch the game, the EA launcher appears but the game takes one or two minutes to launch...
If I decide to use Mods, the game could take about 4-5 minutes to launch...
The friend who gifted me the game has the EA version and a older rig than mine and she as no such problem.
Any idea to fix this ?
Deactivating the windows thingie does not help.

The game itself runs fine after it starts?
I deleted EA, I checked file integrity in Steam and I launched the game, apparently EA got an update because the newly downloaded version is orange and not purple.
The game launch after 15 seconds.
With Origins it was quasi-instantly.
