Ive tried everything. I updated my graphics drivers, Ive validated the game files, Ive tried not importing a face and just selecting default face, ive started over, and i deleted gamerfiles.ini. I never used any mods. I just played the base game. Does anyone know how to fix this? This isnt really playable to me. Its like this in every cut scene. This is on windows 10.

Ive seen similar but that is typically related to GPU or a corrupted save. Need to look at the system first.
